SENIORITY AND WORK EXPERIENCE IN PROJECT MANAGEMENT

            The interview was first introduced with some questions and the purpose was to identify the experience of participants. The basic condition of research was quality. Process assured a reliable level of data, analysis of the question, and evaluation of feedback. The feedback of the interview is a meaningful outcome. All the participants were holding the pump certification. In the case of PMI certification, the three-year experience of project management is required. The professionalism of a participant can be devastated by having additional certification. Every the participant were holding their credentials for their 4 year analysis periods and work experience was approximately seven years.  For the confirmation, average experience in the project management was considered and this experience was approximately 14 years. The professionalism and seniority level for the participant was based on the top class expert project management in Saudi Arabia.
