The distinct enablers define the influence of complication, but the
question is whether all the projects really deal with the different enablers?
In such kind of situation, the development of methods and tools to support
project management is required. Sometimes distinct enablers create complication
in the project. The interview evaluation was to find the obvious tenancy of
enabler. In certain situations, with distinct enablers, a create complication.
An interview shows management conditions for complication mentioned in the
previously published literature. In the present research, top enabler was
identified for data acquisition method through the literature and interview, it
is mentioned in figure 3. The research findings were based on objective B.

Figure 4: list demonstrating the research findings related to enablers
for complication
Similar enablers were identified in literature and interview, and they
cause complications in the project. Project managers assume different
complications, influences, and restriction on the projects. Break eliminates
factors is especially linked with project management. Participants of the
interview described corresponding enablers and emphasize on the word it
changes. It is observed that change in the project causes complication and
consequently, other enablers get affected. This defines a specific relationship
between stakeholder, customer, requirements, and enablers. The process and
progress of the project require frequent alteration in the demands of the
market under certain environmental condition. In such situations, stakeholders
communicate with other group members of the company such as management and
team. In case of any change, the work
must recognize it. The internal changes in the organizational setup, work
reorganization, and team communication are important. In the general situation, the same enablers
were considered in interview and literature. Literature also considered
flexibility and urgency, but these factors have no direct impact on the
complication of the project, however, they can increase the impact on
previously existing enablers.
To summarise, enablers include requirements, division of work,
customers, communication in organization, and complication of the project.
Sometimes these enablers change randomly.
