Several questions are designed under these five categories for measuring
the accurate for the project managements. By summing up the entire discussion and analysing this study that there
are 7 professionals out of 10 have their graduation in projects management and
they have extensive knowledge in this area or field. This target of research
can be checked and confirmed. Techniques for complication management in a
standard of PM are outlined from a real or practical perspective. New methods
were not identified by participants that were utilized in their practice. It
has been observed that complications are managed the best by controlling or
reducing complications. Therefore, advantages are gained by project managers
through controlling and managing complication. All of the interview question
are linked with research question which is best strategy for attaining the
research objectives. All of the professionals have years of experience in such
field and they are involved in working in good ways. There are the few enablers
that are affecting the project management and projects complications and these
enablers are; Stakeholders, Organizational changes, Customer requirements, Communication and Division
of work. The Tools for managing the
complications of the projects are explained as; Risk identification, Control
scope, Carrying out incorporated change control, Measure duration, Estimate
costs, Stakeholder identification, Team management, Define scope, Stakeholder
management, Collect requirements.
