        The PIA I have selected for the organizational level is the structure of the organization. the main reason is that if the organizational structure is perfect then it will help the workers to deal with any kind of problem with excellence. The structure of the organization will help the employees to stay loyal and do anything that will be ideal for them. Only through the ideal structure of the organization, it will be extremely easy to meet required goals of the organization in a proper way. The next advantage is that the organization is able to apply any change in the management system.

Evaluation: Identify the purpose of the activity and determine how or why the activity met or did not meet its objectives.

        The main purpose of this activity is to learn important concepts that are related to the organization like structure, culture, conflicts etc. Through the help of these concepts it will be extremely easy to change the behaviour of organization in a perfect way. The organizational level is extremely vital and beneficial to the progress of the organization. This activity is also meeting the objective of this course in an efficient way. This is because there are different modules that will help the organization to meet its main goals in time with perfection .

Emotional state: Describe how you felt while doing the activity and why did you felt that way.

            By doing this activity, I have learned many new things. These activities also help me to maintain my confidence by doing important tasks. The modules that are set for this module are completely perfect. This is because all modules are arranged in perfect manner that will help to gain proper knowledge about the whole course. I can say that through completing all activities that are related to this module, it will easy to do anything for the organization in a perfect way. Through completing these activities I have the ability to learn new things about the organization. These things also help me to complete required missions for the organization in the future.

 Analysis: Use OB theories to explain the PIA results and your behaviours within the organisational context.

             The organizational theory that is used for the explanation of PIA results for the context of organization is Servant leadership behavioural theory. This theory is absolutely perfect for the context of the organization. The reason is that through this the organization is able to complete their required goals on time. The relationship between the workers and the leadership is extremely important in any organization. Only due to their relation the organization is able to gain more profit for the future. The workers and managers work as the team for achieving required goals for the organization.

            Conclusions and recommendation: Draw conclusions about yourself as an organisational member and describe what actions you are going to take to improve/change yourself so that you can be a better employee, group member and/or manager.

        Summing up all the discussion from above, it is concluded that the organizational level is also one of the most important parts of the organizational behaviour. In this part there is complete discussion about activates that are related to this organizational behaviour. All of these activities will me to achieve required goals for the organization. The structure of the organization plays an important role in making progress for the future. On the other hand, the relationship between the workers and the leadership is extremely important in any organization. The one recommendation is that if any organization wanted to achieve their goals then they must have to maintain perfect relationship between workers and leaders.
