The
main aim and objective of this report are to analyze how through the help of
mobilization will help the Oman college of health sciences faculty to improve
and increase their skills for the betterment of the organization. (Dawson & Andriopoulos, 2014). The organization has to introduce
mobilization in their college because if they wanted to stand in the market so
the HR management of the organization has to train themselves according to the
given condition (Deschamps & Nelson, 2014).
Creativity and innovation in some operations of the
organization play a really vital role in enhancing the organization and also
help the organization to stand in the market for a long period of time. The
main duty of the faculty members of the organization is to remove all barriers
and these barriers are in the main structure of the organization (Sarooghi, et al., 2015). The innovations have huge significance in the
organizations because today the level of competition in the international
market has increased up to a lot of extents. In order to gain the competitive
edge over the competitors the innovation plays a significant role and allow
organizations to standout in the market. However, adopting an innovation is a
challenge because innovation requires a change in the organization's current
process which is not an easy process for many corporations
