Insufficient Training to employees

            Insufficient training for employees can create lots of problems in the organization. If employees are not trained and lack certain skills that they will unable to resolve complex problems which lead to a decrease in performance and efficiency of the organization. When the skills of the employees are going to be enhanced through training than the employees will able to come up with unique ideas which create creativity in the corporation. Giving basic training to your employees and showing them the proper way to do basic tasks can go a really long way and will increase innovation.
