            In the organization, the organizational culture & working environment have a strong relationship with the productivity and efficiency of the organization. If the organization provides a good working environment for the employees than the healthy relationship between the employees is created. On the other hand, if the corporation has a weak organizational culture than the unhealthy relationship between the employees will occur which can cause problems such as the decrease in creative or innovative ideas. To be most productive and creative it is extremely essential for coworkers to have healthy relationships, this can be achieved by multiple ways like by sharing meals at lunchtime, giving your workers some breaks for socializing and rest and arranging informal events/tours can really help in establishing healthy relationships among coworkers.
