Improper Vision of Mobilizing Creativity and Innovation in Oman College of health science

          It is necessary for the organization to have a clear vision and that vision should be communicated with the employees so that they have the clear idea about the organizational goals and how they are going to be achieved. Many issues arise on the organization when employees do not know about their key goals. Through this organization might not able to achieve its desired goal. If a proper vision is given and a tangible goal is set then it can really improve creativity and innovation because not knowing what to do and why to do it clearly can really decrease the creativity and innovation of the whole team.
