In this article, there is a discussion about how innovation and creativity of teamwork in the organization will help to mold the organization in a better way. Teamwork also helps to arrange the total management of the organization by introducing special skills in every department of the organization. The HR department of the organization is able to develop the team more powerful through the help of this creativity and innovation (Fay, et al., 2015).
