In
this paper, the author Pauline gives information about developing creative
leadership skills in any public sector company with the help of a case study.
The main focus of this study is to develop particular skills in the
organization so that they can improve creative skills in the leaders of the
organization. The main focus of the organization is to enhance some particular
skills in their employees with the help of creative ideas and these creative
ideas have come from training. If the HRM department focuses on enhancing the
main skills of their leaders so that they are able to move any private sector
organization in a better way. This can be done by creating some cognitive
blocks with creative thinking so this will help remove all harmful barriers in
their organization and also help them solve any kind of problem in the
organization through innovative ideas. The organizations have to generate some
innovation skills in their leaders so that they are able to solve any kind of
problem in a unique and effective way. This can be seen that many public
sectors in that country are able to solve their organization problems with the
help of innovative ideas. If the leaders of the organization focus on enhancing
the main skill of their members through the help of creativity and innovation
so that all private sectors in that country are able to move in a quite
effective way (Loewenberger, et al., 2014).
