        The company is the vision of its owner Henry Ford, who started its journey in 1899 by coming up with a company named Detroit Automobile Company. The incorporation of Ford Motors Company happened in 1903 with twelve investors. The company developed its first Ford Vehicle in 1903 and started earning profits, and this journey is continued till today. The success of the company is spread over the span of 100 years, where Ford Motors has enjoyed so much success in the automotive industry. It is one of the largest and famous companies in the world, which gained its attention in mass market by producing vehicles for masses rather focusing on luxury brands in its early years (Corporate Ford, 2018).

            The company has great values and strategic direction which depicts that company wants to develop better cars so that planet earth can be made a better place to live, and they also have great focus on their employees as well by keeping them happy and satisfied. Vision Statement of Marketing of Ford Motors Electric Cars

The company’s vision statement is stated as:

 “People working together as a lean, global enterprise to make people’s lives better through automotive and mobility leadership” (THOMPSON, 2017)

The major points covered in this vision statement are its global leadership, lean business practices and giving focus to its stakeholders.

            Both the vision and mission statement are quite relevant to each other as they show the strategic direction of the company that they want to work on a one goal with one plan through its happier employees so that they can live better for people with their vehicles.
