The
company is the vision of its owner Henry Ford, who started its journey in 1899
by coming up with a company named Detroit Automobile Company. The incorporation
of Ford Motors Company happened in 1903 with twelve investors. The company
developed its first Ford Vehicle in 1903 and started earning profits, and this
journey is continued till today. The success of the company is spread over the
span of 100 years, where Ford Motors has enjoyed so much success in the
automotive industry. It is one of the largest and famous companies in the
world, which gained its attention in mass market by producing vehicles for
masses rather focusing on luxury brands in its early years (Corporate Ford, 2018).

The

statement are quite relevant to each other as they show the strategic direction
of the company that they want to work on a one goal with one plan through its
happier employees so that they can live better for people with their vehicles.
