The process of the flow management can be
broadly divided into the five categories assembly line, project, batch process,
continuous flow and job shop. Continuous flow manufacturing is normally suing
by the NBC Oman and this process can be defined as the process of the materials
either fluids or dry bulks which are being processed and continuously for using
them in the movement of the undergoing the chemical reactions, heat treatment
and subject mechanical. This structure
is also using by the many other manufacturing industries oil, paper, and
electricity. The NBC Oman always made
the products according to the continuous fashion which can tend to be automated
and highly standardize according to the very high volumes of the production.
Continuous flow is also known as the continuous
production process and continuous process. This process is used by the NBC Oman
for the optimization by using the minimum inventory. The NBC is always following the Continuous
flow for the process flow management and workflow streams. The process flow management of the NBC Oman for
production flow it involves the sub-assemblies which are the parts from the one
stage of eth production according to another regular flow. For the products,
each stage will be added and its considered as the type according to the bottling
plants and this method is used by the NBC Oman just because of the product can
be easily distributed from the company which occurs according to the wide
variation and their products are sold in the amounts of the bulk.
The products which are being distributed
these products are ranges from the goods of the bottles just like as Diet drinks,
and high calories and it is also considered s the assorted amount for the
different flavored of the soft drinks for the bottled water. The largest ranges
of the products are produced by the NBC by using the continuous flow which is
the best way to producing the goods according to their products line. It is
provided by the research and development and expertise of the technology from
the head office of the NBC. The licensed is provided by the government of the Oman
from the bottle and the final syrup which is available in it.
Supply Chain Management of the National Beverages Company
The National
beverages corporation always focusing on those operations which can enhance the
efficiency of the products of this company and in each production process, the
supply chain is playing an important role. For there each unit of assembly they
have one supervisor and 6 to 7 workers are working under these supervisors for
the 8 days in one day. The NBC is following the generic way of the supply chain
management and according to the perspective of the supply chain, the NBC is a
major sector which can be the starts from the process of the agriculture
products and its end with the distribution and retailing according to the tertiary
sector (Wolf, 2014).
In
this leading company, the professional of the supply chain is performing their duties
in a good way and manners. They want to achieve the target of reaching to the
needs of the customer for satisfying them. Supply chain management is also
responsible for safely storing the products and they're transferring to the end
customers within the deadlines by considering the needs of the customers. According
to the operations, it includes the levels of inventory balance for establishing
products supplies.
