It is needed to be noticed that the basic
principle of lean thinking is to reduce the waste; therefore, the lean is
considered effective in the companies so that the waste can be decreased.
Moreover, lean can also cut down the company excessive cost and in this way
departments can also stay up-to-date with the intangible information as well as
the materials. NBC Oman can also improve the efficiency through undertaking the
lean principles. (Wibowo &
Handayani, 2017).

NBC also need to manage the overproduction,
as though this company can manage its demand. Moreover, through this strategy
company can also beat its customers and production can be done according to the
demand of the customers. There are various unseen demands that need to be
considered and based on what stock can also be managed.
Inventory of the National Beverages Company
The system of the inventory in the waste
management and lean of the waste management is occurred just because of the
excess of the product which is required for serving the customers and it is
known as the waste. Due to the long lead time, it occurs in the NBC. It also
occurs due to the forecasting errors, overproduction and batch thinking in the
production of the various products of the NBC which are based on the economies
scale. The overproduction of the
products of the NBC is suggested by the report and it must be likely to have
some inventory waste (Wibowo
& Handayani, 2017).
