Potential Solution of Organizations Software

All of the three alternative solutions for the company available are analyzed. Now there are three alternative solutions are there for the business to increase the efficiency of software systems. It is obvious that there are good as well as the bad aspects of all of the alternative solution that organization has, but the main purpose of the decision analysis is to go for the solution that best matches the objectives of the organization. In this case, the best solution for the organization seems to be the first one because the in this solution, it is not just the level of risk that is low, but the cost of maintenance of existing software is very low that is more convenient for the company. There is also a charm in the three option by outsourcing the software from other company, but the cost of making the software is very high that is above the expected budget of our organization.  In the second alternative, the risk is high because, the process of deployment of the software is very uncertain, so there is no way for the company to take a huge risk that can cause a lot of harm to the business of an organization.

So it can be said that the alternative one that is upgrading the existing legacy system is the best potential solution for the organization.
