1. The relationship with the team members should be good and recognize the emotion and praise their work.

2.  As a leader it’s your responsibility to fix the conflict between the team members; this happens when you listen to the problem and then give the solution for a fix that conflict.

3.   Yes, this is important for success. This helps the employees to develop as well as with each other and with clients foster a strong working relationship.

4.  Yes, I consider myself leadership orientation. I can handle the different task with different people; this is the quality of a good leader.

5  Yes, it’s the responsibility of the leader to take the decision and involves others. And also handle the outcome that is come in the result of this decision.

6.   I believe in leadership quality. Some are born to be a leader as they have God gifted qualities. And some observed these qualities by hard work.

7.   According to the situation the style of leadership can be changed, it is good for the leadership

8.   Following attributes should be present to become a leader in today’s companies such as the leader should be motivated, trustworthy, delegating, creativity, as well as responsible.

9.  Developing a vision is important for leaders. Because if they set some goals than they easily plan what to do to achieve that vision or goal.

10. Every person has some blind spots. Some tell this to the people another hide. As my blind spot is that anger, I can’t control my anger, overconfident and being late for any meeting with the team member.

Strategic planning as a Leader

        Strategic planning is one of the best strength of my leadership. I have the ability to look ahead in my goals, with accuracy to predict where the market industry is going. I have the abilities to anticipate the trends, with their competitors in advance. Future market accurately predicted to survive in the market. I planned according to the future requirement of the industry.

Confidence as a Leader

            As a leader, I am very confident about my decision which is beneficial for the company. If I am not confident that the other member is also not confident. To gain the respect of the team members show some assertiveness and swagger. It’s not mean that I behave overconfident in my field. I also respect my other team members.

Creativity & Innovation as a Leader

            I am very creative and innovative in leadership skill. This is one of the best strength of mine as a leader. I always try to do a different thing that does not come in the market. So we get the advantage of the first mover in the market.

Decision-making ability as a Leader

            This is a very important strength that presents in every leader. This is also my strength. When I have to take the decision related to the company I have to take this by concentration. As this is the most difficult part of the leadership.

Communication as a Leader

            Communication is one of the significant strength of leadership. I am good I communication I satisfy my members with this skill of communication. I set the meeting to remove any conflicts or problem related to the goals. so communication is very important for this.

My Weakness as a Leader

Lack of trust as a Leader

            According to my perspective lack of trust is my weakness. As I found very difficult when it comes to trust issues. I can’t easily trust the new employees or give them responsibility. I believe that a new team is not performing well.

Being Unrealistic as a Leader

            I am unrealistic this is also my weakness. I expected unrealistic things in my organization. I’ll give some lengthy task with short time. This is an unrealistic task. This is not good for the employees; this creates pressure they don’t meet the requirement of the task. And they are not willing to do a job in my organization.

Taking credits as a Leader

            This is also my weakness. I don’t like this weakness. Every time when we get success I always credit myself, not all team members. Now I work on this weakness to change into the strength I should appreciate the team member. Because we get success with the effort of all team members not for a single person.

Needing to be liked as a Leader

            It is natural that every leader wants to be like so this is also my weakness that I want everyone liked me. But this is not good. I made a decision in my point of view these are perfect but in another view these are wrong, and people don’t like me for this. I want that everyone like me and supports my decision in an appreciative way.

Excessive Connectivity as a Leader

            Excessive connectivity is very important in leadership. I can’t connect 24/7 with the team members I have to assign them task to the member than I don’t have time to meet up with the members. So I also have to work in this weakness.
