going. I have the abilities to anticipate the trends, with their competitors in
advance. Future market accurately predicted to survive in the market. I planned
according to the future requirement of the industry.

As
a leader, I am very confident about my
decision which is beneficial for the company. If I am not confident that the other member is also not confident. To gain the respect of the team members show
some assertiveness and swagger. It’s not mean that I behave overconfident in my
field. I also respect my other team

Lack of trust as a Leader
According
to my perspective lack of trust is my weakness. As I found very difficult when
it comes to trust issues. I can’t easily trust the new employees or give them responsibility. I believe that a new team is not
performing well.
Being Unrealistic as a Leader
I
am unrealistic this is also my weakness. I expected unrealistic things in my organization. I’ll give some lengthy task
with short time. This is an unrealistic task. This is not good for the
employees; this creates pressure they don’t meet the requirement of the task. And
they are not willing to do a job in my organization.
Taking credits as a Leader
This
is also my weakness. I don’t like this
weakness. Every time when we get success I always credit myself, not all
team members. Now I work on this weakness to change into the strength I should
appreciate the team member. Because we get success with the effort of all team
members not for a single person.
Needing to be liked as a Leader
It
is natural that every leader wants to be like so this is also my weakness that I want
everyone liked me. But this is not good. I made a decision in my point of view
these are perfect but in another view
these are wrong, and people don’t like me
for this. I want that everyone like me and supports
my decision in an appreciative way.
Excessive Connectivity as a Leader
Excessive
connectivity is very important in leadership.
I can’t connect 24/7 with the team members I have to assign them task to the member than I don’t have time
to meet up with the members. So I also have to work in this weakness.
