Ethical Consideration in Observational research

        REB (research ethic board) approval is required before conducting research on any living thing objects. Subsequently, in this research, the permission is taken from the Manager of Dhofar Bank in the form of a permission letter.

        Moreover, it is also ensure to them that the information is being collected for the educational purposes and after the submission and approval of the report, the information will be deleted. Moreover, the information will be kept in privacy as no third party would allow using this information.

        Following, this, during the research at Dhofar bank no participants will be forced to take part in the research but research participation will be volunteer. Likewise, in case, if any researcher will feel hesitation, he is allowed to withdraw at any time.

To explain what does the research look for when conducting observation research

      Observation conducting must be somehow structured but not to the point that the researcher is bound to a specific point. Investigator must be free of locking to some specific points.

Unstructured observation is waste of time but there is also need to allow some other important things to get merged with the collected data.

An important way of determining what is important what must be ignored depends on the piloting of data.

Fix role in the setting that either behaving as an observer or an extra participant.

        Context must be considered that in what type of environment a researcher is going to work. There must be observation of its smell and appearance.

        Subsequently, before organizing the Observational research at Dhofar, it is decided to completely explain the aims and objectives and meaning of the research to the research population with an aim to gain their confidence and to create their understanding about the research process. Through this manner the participants feels it easy to take part in the research process.
