Conclusion on Dhofar Bank, Observational Research

        All the possible consequences and parameters are discussed above for conducting a better observational analysis at Dhofar bank by addressing and evaluating the behaviour of employees and consumers. Subsequently, it is concluded that the observation research has great scope to understand the behaviour of the employees and consumer and on the base of the research progressive measured could be applied to improve their behaviour. Moreover, it is concluded that ethical conditions must be considered in a serious manner because ethics are the first priority of the society and it must be addressed subsequently, in the observational research at Dhofar bank the ethics are given special importance. Observational research can be conducted only on the basis of observing data of the situation, biasness chances become smaller. It can increase personal knowledge about people thinking and behaviour which can in return has positive impact on the researcher. Experimentation is done after the observational analysis. This is considered to be a long term analysis but results will be accurate and based on truth if figure out is a systemized way and without any kind of biasness.
