Background of the study of Ooredoo Current Issues and Solutions

There are various threats that the organization is facing and some of the most important issues include maintaining a competitive edge, recruiting workers despite the prominent language barrier, and digitize rapidly. In the market, there is always some fluctuations and new competitors are entering. It poses a significant threat to the organization which has to be dealt with properly. Additionally, the organization has to make its customer base stronger for which they require capable workers. However, they are facing an issue of language barrier. Most of the workers in the organization are native and localities. It means that employees are unable to communicate better when it comes to English language. They are not that proficient in the foreign language and the organization is unable to hire the workers that are not only capable but also skillful in English. That is the main reason why the organization is facing a recruitment issue.
