It
can be said that almost every organization different types of departments and
they have different functions. One of the primary and commonly found department
is the department of human resource management. The responsibility or duty of
this department is all about finding candidates who can prove to be effective
for the organization and fulfill the requirements. Other than it, training,
joining, and managing the workers also falls under the department of human
resource. Therefore, it can be identified that it is the duty of an HR manager
to find the worker that is capable and has the required skillet for fulfilling
the requirements of the organization and lead it to success. Hence, it
determines that the department of human resource management is responsible for
the issue that the organization is currently facing. In order to resolve the
issue, the HR team will have to adopt a new strategy.
