think about developing a product like a smartphone which hasn’t been developed
by other telecommunication companies and facilitated consumers.

way, the organization can secure a better place among the targeted audience and
it can open new ways for the company to earn the revenues. Even though there
are various other competitors in the market that produce smartphones, it is
irrelevant to the organization because Ooredoo wishes to the beat the
competitors in the telecommunication industry and not the mobile industry. The
audience that it will target comprises customers using its services. There is
another option that the company can think about taking and it is about creating
a prototype service which features the wireless network of fifth generation.

resources required for the development of such networks are not commonly
available and the company take advantage of this
