high and this money can be used to accomplish another goals that might prove

2018)
Security: the security in the ecommerce
business can be defined as degree, which the consumers thinks that their online
payment is allowed from unauthorized use, access, destruction and alteration. Even
though there is a relationship among the privacy and security, but there are a
lot of differences, amount both terms, for example the privacy is connected with
what companies deliberately choose to do with the data of their consumers, the
security, on the other hand, is concern with some sort of unplanned consumers
data compromise to third party ( for example, identity theft and hackers) and
from survey it is also conducted that the
maximum number of online fraud risk is
about 31 percent. So from these, many Nigerians believe that their credit card
information is not secure on internet (Sulaiman & Adeeb, 2106)
Privacy and confidentiality: Numerous people connected with
the ecommerce business are scared to reveal their private information depending
on a risk assessment and the comfort with which consumers of the personal information,
transaction and browsing habits can be analyzed possible chances for mistreating
information may increase the privacy level. Consequently it can be demarcated
as the degree to which consumer’s trusts that e-commerce will not compromise their
privacy (ANGUS, 2014).
Authenticity: The reason
why many of the business not go for the ecommerce practices that they know the
fact that the customers are less likely to trust on the authenticity of the product that they
saw online. Because of the increasing number of misguiding an unreal images of
the product, it is very common that the customers not get the exact item that
they order from the internet. Therefore, the customers not prefer to use e
commerce for buying items and it hinders the business to use Ecommerce
practices. It permits for
e-commerce businesses to initiate a preventive invitation of the chat to
specific customers who have definite issues (ZACHARY, 2018)
Network reliability: it is obvious that not
everything is reliable on the internet world, there are a lot of servers are
there that are outdated. Many of the webservers are very outdated that restrict
the customers from buying online because the communication with the customer is
very poor and time of response is also very high. The business know that they
would need extra workforce and changed process that also prevent them to use
more e commerce practices (Honeycutt, 2018).
