In this paper we also take the real life example that how I overcome these challenges.

In an organization; I got an opportunity to be a leader; however, the experience was extraordinary and it shape my personality as well as I got opportunities of learning that how group members can be trained, moreover, I recognized various challenges as a leader, and come to know how to deal with those challenges effectively. I faced various internal as well as the external challenges being a leader, because there were conflicts and other culture related issues exists. In this paper we discuss about some sort of challenges that a leader can face and get benefit for them. It is itself a challenge being a leader. There are three type of leadership challenges such as external that is coming through the people and situation, internal, as well as the other is from leadership role.

To imagine a situation it’s almost impossible with external challenges where a leader doesn’t have to cope. Other resources and lake of funding, in an organization, in the community opposition from forces, and within the organization interpersonal problems often rear their heads. In the larger world, economic, social as well as political forces also affect the organization

He should take care the responsibility of the every member of the organization. The greater responsibility of the leader is to assign the task to every member according to their abilities. The leader should know about the managing the project or leading the organization (Baker & at.al, 2010).

This is the responsibility of the leader to give the solution of every problem in an organization. There is no conflict created between the employees and the managers.
