an organization; I got an opportunity to be a leader; however, the experience
was extraordinary and it shape my personality as well as I got opportunities

various challenges as a leader, and come to know how to deal with those
challenges effectively. I faced various
internal as well as the external challenges being a leader, because there were conflicts and other culture related issues exists. In this paper we discuss about some sort of challenges

no conflict created between the employees and the managers.
