The importance of the retail
sector of Oman has increased because of several facts, for instance, increase
in population, increase growth in the GCC region, increase in tourists, incomes
and the number of international festivals and events taking place at the World
Cup 2022. The increased profit of the retail sector has increased competition
in the industry. Since the retail industry produces homogenous products,
gaining a customer is loyalty is crucial among retail stores. One major benefit
of gaining customer loyalty is that the costs of the organization decrease and
there are greater chances of long term profits because customers are loyal to
the brand and its products. The increase in income and purchasing power the
people of Oman are now more interested in shopping. One reason for the rapid
increase in incomes is the Omanisation so it is important to achieve customer
loyalty. This research attempts to find the most beneficial ways to achieve
customer loyalty in the retail sector of Oman.
