This research is significant in
the sense that it adds to the understating and knowledge that what are the most
beneficial ways by which the retail stores can achieve customer loyalty and
contributes to industry profit. This research study enlightens factors of most
beneficial ways to achieve customer loyalty in the retail sector of Oman. This
research is assessable in general retail industries as well as retail stores in
Oman and other countries; however, the research is specific to Oman. There is
hardly any research available that looks for the most beneficial ways to
achieve customer loyalty in Oman, hence this research significantly contribute
to the literature and open ways for future research.
