For this study, the inferential
analysis is used. The correlations and linear multiple regressions were formed
to get a better result. The correlation of Parsons helped the study by
determining the relationship between dependent and independent variables. The
regression equation helps us to analyze how much the dependent variable is
dependent on the independent variables and what is the strength of some other
factors that influence our dependent variables.
There are mainly two types of
analysis for analyzing the quantitative research method. These are descriptive
and inferential analysis. Descriptive analysis is conducted in the study; If the variables are nominal and
ordinal, then a frequency distribution table and bar chart is developed by
putting the data in SPSS software 16.0.

The above-given frequency distribution table is representing the analysis
of the demographic profile respondents; it shows the percentage of the male is
50% who have participated in this research study. 35.04 % are female who has
attended this research study. According to the age group of the respondents
there are not any respondents who have age less than 25, whereas the 25.77 % of
the respondents are belonging to 25-35 years age group, 61% are from the group
of the 35 to 45 years of the employees and this age group have a high
percentage rate according to the respondents who have participated in the
research study. 12% of respondents are belonging to the age group of more than
45 years.
Pie-chart
The pie cart is also drawn for the demographic profile of the respondents
for conducting the research study. The Pi-chart is drawn for each demographic
question separately.

percentage of the male and female who have participated in this study and the
average percentage of the male respondents shown by the blue part of the
pie-chart which is showing 64.93%
male have participated in this research study, while the red part is showing
the percentage of the female respondents; who have participated in this
research study.
