Reliability Analysis
of Most Beneficial Ways to Build Customer Loyalty in Retail Industry in Oman
To test the reliability of models
the Cronbach’s alpha is most commonly used. The Cronbach’s alpha is helpful
because it gives a view about the strength of dependence between variables
selected. If the value of Cronbach's Alpha comes out to be near to 1, it is
interpreted that the reliability level is higher. If the value comes out to be
below 0.60 then there is a poor level of reliability. Any value above 0.80 is
considered good enough.
