This study
will be discussing about the chosen telecom company and the issues faced by the
HR department in regard to be managing the technical employees and managers to
manage the business operations and technical work. The study will also be
discussing to what extent the critical role played by its technical human
resource and their significance to carry on the telecom company operations.
This analysis is important to determine that how much bargaining power of the
technical staff to the management of the company, accordingly human resource
department needs to design its policy taking the best advantage from them.
This study
will also be discussing the rapid changes into the business environment and
accordingly taking the arrangements to meet such changes. The reader shall also
