The significance and importance of human
resources in the company like “Omantel” a telecommunication based company which has
modern infrastructure and installing the latest technology to provide its
communication and information services, in such company human resource is the
most valuable asset which provides its value-added services in the form telecom
engineering, networking, signal maintenance and others. The telecom sector
needs to have highly technical resource having skills of telecommunication
services because this sector often has most complicated problems and issues in
the network which disturbs its business operations (Altman, 2017). At that time, only
the qualified telecom engineer having experience can resolve the problem.
Telecom sector cannot be running smoothly
if they do not have qualified networking engineers who have been working hard
in order to provide their services so that the service level always remains
higher and not going bankrupt. Telecom companies have been installed with
complicated technology which needs to be careful handling, else the whole
system will be demolished and Organization has to be
suffering from the huge losses (Estevez, 2017). Therefore, it is
very important for the Organization’s management to establish and implement the
good human resource policies so that they keep motivated and working hard in
order to provide their value-added services.
The technical human resource of Organization is the one which
ensures that the telecom service have been availing by the customers and
clients all the time without losing the quality and network service. This is
how the technical human resource adding the value because this is what they
provide communication service which cannot be neglected otherwise. This is very
important in order to understand the issue that in the absence of human
resource the whole system will be destructed and Organization will have to remove
its business operations (James, 2018). Therefore, they are
the one which uses the system to add the value; else the system cannot perform
without being operated by the technical human resource. This is studied that
when there were less technical staff hired in the company at that time the
service level was quite poor, and network was also disturbed. Less technical
and qualified human resource is not succeeded in adding the value which
disturbed the business operations and overall (Altman, 2017).
