It is concluded that telecom
industry is one of the rapidly changing industries and Organization has been
putting all efforts to meet the technological advancement and rapid change in
the international market. Things are quite challenging because the competition
is available at international market and improve the quality has become the
most critical phenomena in the market. Moreover, this industry has been putting
too much dependence on the highly qualified, technical staff and experienced
one because an excellent human resource can make the huge difference in this
growing industry and Organization’s management has emphasized over the same
managing hiring the good staff.
It is also concluded that retaining
the high performing staff into the company for longer time period is the most
challenging job because they have huge demand coming from the other telecom
companies in the competitors as there is a huge telecom services demand.
Telecom is one of the most growing industries in the world as people have put more
focus on telecommunication services such as using 4G internet facility on smart
phones. Lots of internet has been consumed provided by the Organization and
other telecom companies which increases the demand of its technical officers
and employees required by the telecom companies. The turnover rate is higher
which makes the telecom industry higher demand for the good resource.
