Free communication between the managers with the employees
A free communication between management and employees will able to
set up the phase for an ambiance of trust. If a company wants to create a
further trusting standard, then they cannot expect that their employees will
start the first step. Instead, the company leadership must inspire the process
of free communication by giving out information with workers regularly.
Deliver a clear sense of objectives
Having and delivering a clear point will let every person in the
company to focus on innovation where it will able to create the best value for
the company. Innovation also defined as creating a new measurement of
performance. A clear sense of objectives will helps to settle on the concepts
or ideas for the employees to concentrate on
An acceptance for failure and risk
Accepting some amount of failure as an important step of expansion
is an essential sector of motivating innovation. Innovation contains risk, and
the employees would not take any risks if they cannot understand clear
objectives of the company. Therefore, a company should have a clear and also
flexible framework to practice and realize that failures are one of the steps
in learning progress.
