Project Structure of Shirebrook
Creation of the project Team of Shirebrook
The first thing which is required to complete
the project is the project team. The project team is the one who have the
skills & abilities to complete the project on time. For the regeneration
project the team is established which comprises of various experts and local
administrative bodies. The team consist of project manager, cost manager, civil
and electrical engineers etc. Each team member in the team possess certain
capabilities which are required to complete the task on time. Therefore the team should be created first
and then certain activities should be given to each team member according to
their capabilities (Hornstein, 2015).
Master Planning & Outlining Design of Shirebrook
After the formation of team than next thing
which required to complete the project is to create a complete master plan of
the project. Here a complete plan of the business park will be established. In
the plan various thingts should be considered such as the infrastructure and
excavation work. The development of sanitation, system, roads and other
buildings will be planned in the planning phase. Along with plan formation a
complete budget of the project will be created which will help the team to
understand how much cost will be involved in various activities (Kerzner, 2009).
Apply for Funding of Shirebrook
As discussed earlier the project requires
significant amount of investment or funding so that expenses of the projects
can be meet efficiently. For the Shirebrook regeneration project the funds were
approved by the authorities. However with the passage of time additional
findings was also made because the scope of the project increases. The
investment in project are usually done through public private partnerships or
through taking loans from financial institutions. It is the duty of the cost
managers to keep record pf the expenses & revenues so that project resources
can be used efficiently (Spender, 2014).
Implementing the project plan of Shirebrook
After the formation of plan and getting
suitable investment for the project, the project plan is implemented in order
to complete the project on time. In this phase the project manager allocate the
activities to each team member. The tasks are given to each team member by
evaluating their capabilities. In creation of Business Park the civil work is
performed by the civil engineers while the cost of the project are maintained
by the cost manager. The economists will going to estimate the future aspects
of the project and whether the project have the ability to generate profit in
the future or not.
Reviewing the project Plan of Shirebrook
When the project is
completed by the project team than the project is reviewed to check the success
or failure of the project. Usually those project are considered successful who
are delivered on time and are completed under the budget. In this phase the
team will review whether the project has accomplished the set goals or not. If
the project has accomplished the set goals than it is the sign that the project
has become successful. The feedback from various individuals is taken to
estimate whether they are satisfied with the new development (Lester, 2007)
