Creation of the project Team of Shirebrook

        The first thing which is required to complete the project is the project team. The project team is the one who have the skills & abilities to complete the project on time. For the regeneration project the team is established which comprises of various experts and local administrative bodies. The team consist of project manager, cost manager, civil and electrical engineers etc. Each team member in the team possess certain capabilities which are required to complete the task on time.  Therefore the team should be created first and then certain activities should be given to each team member according to their capabilities (Hornstein, 2015).

Master Planning & Outlining Design of Shirebrook

            After the formation of team than next thing which required to complete the project is to create a complete master plan of the project. Here a complete plan of the business park will be established. In the plan various thingts should be considered such as the infrastructure and excavation work. The development of sanitation, system, roads and other buildings will be planned in the planning phase. Along with plan formation a complete budget of the project will be created which will help the team to understand how much cost will be involved in various activities (Kerzner, 2009).

In this phase the project manager allocate the activities to each team member. The tasks are given to each team member by evaluating their capabilities. In creation of Business Park the civil work is performed by the civil engineers while the cost of the project are maintained by the cost manager. The economists will going to estimate the future aspects of the project and whether the project have the ability to generate profit in the future or not.

Reviewing the project Plan of Shirebrook

            When the project is completed by the project team than the project is reviewed to check the success or failure of the project. Usually those project are considered successful who are delivered on time and are completed under the budget. In this phase the team will review whether the project has accomplished the set goals or not. If the project has accomplished the set goals than it is the sign that the project has become successful. The feedback from various individuals is taken to estimate whether they are satisfied with the new development (Lester, 2007)
