Shirebrook regeneration project was started in a small town to fulfill

the project. Project took funding of 24 million to develop park and houses in
the town. Technical and professional knowledge and skills of workforce
facilitated the development or implementation of this project. Concluding the
risk factor analysis we can say that project has risks related to disengagement
of management, low quality, and decrease in motivation level. Project recruited
civil and electrical engineers to bring efficiency and accuracy in the project.
