It is concluded that Human resource
management is playing the role of the bridge among the employees and management.
The strategic human resource management leads towards the planning’s of the
manpower. To developing the frame works it’s also encourage academic, the HR
functions and its strategic role are involved in attaching the all function
term of the prefix strategic with human resource management. It has been concluded
that there are major approaches which can played the vital roles for the
strategic human resource management but only two of them are discussed in this
essay as Universalist Approach and contingency theory.
Both of these are considered as the key for
the strategic human resource management. It has been concluded that the
Universalist Approach is the best key and more appropriate for the organization
to training its objectives for enhancing the productivity of the employees because
it lades towards the creation of the new strategies for handling the task of
the organization in effective manners. This is also used to sustaining the
competitive advantages because there is the strong connection among the
Universalist Approach and HR practices and it can leads to mangers for the creation
of the new strategies.
