Introduction of Oman Commercial Law

            It is important to understand that contracts have vital importance among parties to make certain agreements, as they derive the overall terms of conditions that how their relationship will move forward. The contract explains the agreement with its relevant elements such as offer, acceptance, consideration etc. The contract performance is agreed between the party, which means that they agree on certain obligations, which needed to be fulfilled by both parties, and if any of the party is not able to fulfil those obligations, then it means that they have breached the contract (Bonell, 2018). In this report, the focus will be given to commercial and contract law of Oman along with its critical elements such as breach and remedies for damages.
