Opric Oman is one of the well-known organizations of
Oman in the oil industry. This organization is not serving the region of Oman
only but providing its products to all over the world. Its major products are
fuels, plastics, and different products related to petroleum. Due to the
expanded business of this organization, its supply chain, operations, strategic
management, and other business factors are considered full of quality. It is
the vision of this organization to provide its customers with the least quality
in all the products and services it is providing. This document is based on the
brief analysis of different factors of this organization with which the
management of this organization maintains quality in the procedures of its
suppliers (Quigleya & LesleyWalls, 2017). This document is
further divided into these parts. It the aim of the project to identify if the
organization is getting succeeded in the management of quality by regulating
its suppliers.
