Culture is known as the social behaviour of
individuals in the context of human societies. Culture refers the growing deposit
of religion, hierarchies, values, meaning, attitude, experience, knowledge,
belief, material object, the concept of the universe, spatial relation, role are
acquired by the individuals or a group of people in a sequence of generation. Furthermore,
it is defined as the ‘communication is the culture’ and ‘culture is communication’.
With the help of communication, the culture is also defined as in different cultures;
different communication styles and languages are used in order to differentiate
from one another. Different types of culture have different types of language through
the uniqueness of the culture defines. Adding more, society plays an important
role in the perspective of the culture as the social behaviour and norms are
present in human societies (Anna & Roudge, 2013).
There are many types of culture available,
which is in the perspective of the different cultures such as the social
culture, organizational culture, national culture and regional culture etc.
Organizational culture is defined as the
culture of the business or the environment of the workplace at which different
types of individuals are work together in order to achieve the goal in the
required time. Moreover, through different culture the diversity increases
through which the different types of workers start to do the work together with
which the individuals can be able to know about different cultures across the
world.
Commonly, the national culture describes in
the nation that which type of the things are happening, how the individuals are
behaving at the national level. Moreover, in the culture of the region, the
cultures are adopted with the help of the culture of the country but with that
different types of more culture are also present in the regional culture.
Moreover, culture plays a very important
role in the context of doing the globalized business. As the nature of the individuals,
depending upon their own culture. Different cultures have different thinking
through which the sale of the product or services takes place. It is studied
that if an entrepreneur can be able to understand the culture of the different
countries then they can be able to sell the products and services more
effectively to the consumers. Adding more they can be able to attain the
attention of the individuals from a different culture in a quite well manner (Büschgens & Thorsten,
2013).
Overall, this study is based on the doing
the businesses in the global context in which cultural universal will explained
through which the understanding of different cultures take place and how the
entrepreneur will be able to expand the business more effectively. Subsequently,
in this study, communication across cultures will be explained and through
which the understanding of communications skill will be learned.

globalization of the different cultures present in different countries or
regions. Subsequently, Different societies have a different type of cultures through
which the behaviour and objects of the culture are defined which are in the
context of the cultural universal. Cultural universal is also known as the anthropological
