Different cultures have different types of language but English is known as the globalized language that is used in every aspect of communication. This is the globalized language because through it different individuals can be able to talk with each other even if the cultures of both the individuals are not the same.

Subsequently, some of the entrepreneurs use to take the benefits of the translator of the language through which seem as effective in some cases but this will cost money and the person cannot be able to give the expressions to another person which have a bad effect. Adding more, through this the person cannot be able to feel the conversation that is existing between the one person and the second person (Katz & Elihu, 2017).

Moreover, due to the diversified workforce, it is important to the employer to communicate with the employees in an effective way through which the performance of the employees increase and with respect to increase in the performance of the employees the business overall performance will also increase. If the employer deal with the worker in their culture than the employee feel special this will motivate the employees through which the performance also enhanced.

Technology plays an important in communication as different types of devices are used in this modern time, which is used to translate one language from another. The entrepreneur must have to take the devices that help them to communicate with different cultures in an effective way but it is studied in different studies that if the person adopts the original culture at which they have to work then it will more beneficial as the attraction of the individuals are gained more (Leonard & Sonia, 2013).

The example for this that when the entrepreneur travel to China for creating or expanding the business then they have to communicate with the Chinese and if the Chinese did not be able to speak English then the translator or other technology devices will be used in order to communicate with each other. Moreover, if the person knows the Chinese and can be able to understand what the next person is saying then it will give more advantage as the entrepreneur knows about their culture well.

In the globalized businesses, the effective communication helps a lot to gain the attention of the employees through which the employees get motivated and they can be able to perform the task easily and in more than a good way (Xiaohua & Qing, 2015).
