The above studies show that there are many cultures with respect to the region, religion, countries and national cultures which are different from each other but the study also showed that in modern time the diversification of the culture increases through which the individuals are gaining the knowledge of different cultures.

        In the global context of businesses, the culture affects a lot as the diversification of the different cultures through education system such as with help of education system the cultural universal increases as different individuals goes to the foreign countries in order to gain knowledge more. Furthermore, due to a change in the culture of the marriage and family system, the diversity of the culture also increases. Subsequently, due to change in the culture, the economic system, as well as social control system, also changes.

        For the effective success of the global businesses, the first thing is the communication with the individual that how that entrepreneur or the person communicates with the other individuals and employees in order to gain the attention and to drive the business towards the success in an effective way.

        In the globalized businesses, the effective communication helps a lot to gain the attention of the employees through which the employees get motivated and they can be able to perform the task easily and in more than a good way. Likewise, in dealing with the consumers and sellers the communication also helps a lot in order to effectively attain the attraction of the consumer or suppliers. The walking style, posture of the body, smile, hand gestures and facial expression are the first that is noted by almost everyone and through this the individuals can judge the level of the person.

        From the above study it is concluded that different cultures have different types of language but English is known as the globalized language that is used in every aspect of communication. This is the globalized language because through it different individuals can be able to talk with each other even if the cultures of both the individuals are not the same. So by keeping this on mind the entrepreneur must have to focus on the learning of the English language in order to communicate in a way which is more than good.

        Furthermore, it is also recommend to the individuals to develop the habit of using the non-verbal communication. This skill will gain the attention of the other individuals or audience. Moreover, with that the persons must have the knowledge of the non-verbal communication as it is mentioned above that different types cultures react different on the signs it may be positive as well as negative reactions. Different culture supports the sign in the reaction of honesty whereas some of the culture used as a vulgarism.
