This study will be discussing the
aspect of human resource practices in the light of digital technology
phenomena. The human resources practices have been in place for decades as this
is not a new concept any more but this has been changed in the changing business
environment due to technological advancement and the era of digital technology.
This study will be discussing the all those challenges involved in human
resources practices in the view of digital technology, how much HR role has
been changed in terms of digital technology. The study is also discussing the
expectations of organizations to the employees in the rapid changing business environment;
this is indirectly the expectations from the HR because it is HR’s job to train
the staff up to the expectation of management.
This study will also be discussing
all those challenges in HR practices which were never there and started exist
after the introduction of digital technology. The reader shall gain the
information about how things changed for HR after digital technology and what
exact changes have been brought into the role of HR.
