It is concluded that the human
resource has become more important and critical after the introduction of
digital technology. Human resources need to be more skilled, informative and
adaptable to the latest digital technology so that can be taking the maximum
advantage of it and always make good decisions. HR department is now more
responsible for implementing the digital based business processes and also make
available such a human resource which can be functioning well within the system
all depended upon digital technology. HR is no more associated with the old
functions but it has to be more dynamic so that organizations can perform well
even in the rapidly changing business environment.
It is also concluded that the
challenges in HR practices have been increased after the evolution of digital
technology which was never there before the time. Talent management has become
more complex as now HR is also responsible ensuring that proper training
courses are provided to the staff who has to be operating digital technology in
the functions. The curriculum of the training would be quite technical which
makes it challenging for the HR manager to go through and design the curriculum
with the help of assistance coming from relevant department. It is also
concluded that HR job is no more limited to managing the workplace staff, they
also have to be managing the staff working outside the workplace somewhere
outside the country most probably. This leads to more complexities involved
into the HR job which have been increasing over the time.
