Technology plays a significant
role in the development of a firm as adopted different tools which are
efficient in the decision-making process as well as in the growth of the firm. The
different tools which we used in the decision-making process are also discussed
above such as SWOT analysis and Broadcom tool that enhance the efficiency of the
decision-making process for the management of a firm.
However, SWOT analysis
is a strategic tool that focuses on the opportunities and strength as
monitoring the performance of staff in operational activities and other
documentation related performance which is efficient for the development of a
firm. Therefore, focusing on the strength and opportunities further decisions
are taken for the success of a firm. On the other hand, weakness and threats
also examined due to the performance of the staff of a firm and then in
decision-making process weakness will transfer into opportunities and threats
are overcome due to adopt proactive approach taking during decision- making
process.
Consequently, Broadcom
is an effective tool in the decision-making process that is a semiconductor
chip and store all data which is monitored during unethical activities of
staff. Broadcom improves the security of confidential data and information and
reduced the cybercrime as providing solid evidence against the culprit of the
firm. In this regard, it is an efficient and effective tool in the decision-making
process about the loyalty of employee or unethical activities. So, on the basis
of performance of employees, a further decision is taken about the appointment and
termination (Joyce & Paquin., 2016).
Broadcom is a more
effective and efficient tool used in the decision-making process because it secures
the confidential and important related to trademark information and due to this
tool quality of staff is recognized working in a firm. Therefore, this tool not
only secures the important information but also identified the loyalty of
employees and helpful in the termination of those who performed unethically
with proper evidence.
