Here
we are going to discuss the two different scandals related to corruption and
also highlight the ethics through its leaders.
Rolls-Royce
has to pay a huge amount for the resolving issue of criminal prosecution for
corruption, prevent bribery and false accounting techniques used within the
organization by the UK serious fraud office; this agreement is going to follow
for four years. But the leading company
of UK has to face a process of investigation and its outcomes which was a
humble moment for the organization. The serious fraud office and other
authorities are didn’t want to accept this behavior and we are going to apologies
for our unethical behavior. During the conduction of investigation of Rolls
Royce the chief executive said that the
expectation with the rolls Royce are very high from its customers, investors
and partners and this not suitable for
company to behave like this. The investigation is going to present the
corrupted company in front of many countries and company is going to consider
that in corruption practice no any intermediaries should be involved. This
issue also arise this question that how we can maintain our trust on companies
where the bribery and intermediaries are common and they can achieve their
targets through behave properly. For this issue many remedies are going to
applied with in the company like on bribery polices must be prepared and
training must be given to all staff members. Also minimize the number of
intermediaries due to their illegal behavior. So it’s the company who is going
to overcome this issue and then again maintain its reputation.
In
next case, London interbank also going to involve with the employees. The key
financial benchmark is going to manipulate through different frauds and
employees also set fake accounts of customers to meet their targets. Unethical
behavior is going to appear by let the staff under pressure and force to hit
the target. The employees are going to cross ethical lines because they want to
get financial incentives, status and competition among colleagues. Because in

There
is much type of risks that are going to involve in the accountability,
transparency of operations and employee ethical conduct that effect the new
procurement agency (PA). As we know that the accountability, transparency and
ethical conduct are very much important related to ethical point of view.
Accountability explains that the authoritative persons must be utilizing their
authority in most appropriate manner. Transparency explain that all the
operations must be going to conducted in proper and clearly mentioned
procedures and the employees of the organization have to ethical behave with
every other person that risks are going
to be minimize because when the authorities are going to misuse then the
illegal actions going to take place. Transparency show that every taken step is
according to preplanned processes. And the ethical behavior of employee is long
lasting beneficial for the organizations. (Ssonko, 2010)
