The
ethical standard must be applicable in Orion analytics that explore the

organization. Basically the ethical standards are very much important because
it present the environment of the organization and also explore the working
methodology of the organizations. It shows the behavior of all its employees
and also explains what are the mentality and loyalty with the organization.
Accountability is the explanation of the behavior of that person or employee
how has specific authority related to their tasks and they have to utilize this
authority for the organization and also helping in generating the revenue by
making its process more effective and efficient. For organization ethics and
accountability are very major elements. The demand of integrity also going to

also explain four main issues that are going to related with the organization
that are; appropriate use and disclosure of official information, the use of

in our business dealing ensure transparency and in public administration ensure
diligence. And another view related to this matter is to give more focus on
innovation and performance improvement continuously. The main issue regarding
this is that the company have o follow all these standards because the ethical
standards must be followed by the organization because without these standards
no any organization can be run successfully. The transparency is also very
important the operations of the organization because there is a huge chance of
corruption and illegal actions in the organization so this is very important o
clearly explain all the operations that save the organization from any illegal
action through its employees or procedures. The employee has to follow the
ethical code of conduct because their behavior will affect the company very
much. Their good behavior will make the environment more friendly and
cooperative and the main thing is that management has to follow these rules and
regulations in their general practice so other employees must be follow them
and enhance the reputation of the organization. Basically the accountability, transparency
of operations and employee ethic conduct are the major part of management of
the organization. As without them no any organization can more in effective
manner and also makes a good relationship with all its employees and customers
also. So proper ethical behavior must be implemented with in the organizations
