According
to the given scenario the technology we are using is the social media ROI
(return on their technology investment). As everyone know that positive social
media ROI doesn’t happen through accident. To audit your social channels take
the time and could help by keeping the labor cost, creative’s down as well as
ads. This reason why I chose this strategy is that because of this technology
fraud in an organization, waste along with abuse are reduced. The
inter-department enhance the communication drastically when used this strategy
correctly, this is only for making the customer more loyal toward the
organization. Weakness along with strength, improvement in driving process,
cost lowering as well as improving the ROI system helps in identifies this
thing properly.
This
strategy is beneficial for the organization as the cost of labor is lessened
and fulfills the requirement (Cannesson, 2015). As our senior management is conscious
about the budget and want better improvement with less budget, therefore this
strategy is suitable for our organization. We have to take look as this
strategy is work according to our requirement to see that whether this is
beneficial or successful for our organization or not. The person who is dealing
with this has the proper information regarding this technology. Now talked
about the budgeting of ROI. The basic formula of calculating the social media
ROI is as follow;
For
any investment this equation is used. To understand the concept of budgeting we
take the example. $2000 is spending by an organization to update its system for
good quality of reporting and visualizing. Because of this 10 percent
salesperson donation increases by the company. The company generate extra
10,000 dollar in donations. For the last two years the benefits of the upgrade
are expected. In financial terms the ROI is $18000. How to use the new
technology the salespeople don’t know about this (Gerontologist, 2016).
