        Requires the presence of the employee in working hours outside the hours specified by the official system. Attendance in the early hours of the morning to avoid exposure to sun and heat and especially in the summer (which may expose the employee to health problems after working in the afternoon), and stay at the site for additional hours when necessary. It also requires staff to embark on field assignments that may extend longer than official working hours. There is no clear system for determining a flexible period of work for field staff, as well as a lack of a clear mechanism for calculating additional work hours and how to compensate staff, which has led some staff to prefer field work to field work and to maintain work efficiency.
