Freedom to job of Evaluating Effects of Time Flexibility upon Work Efficiency in Oman Public Sector:

        Most of employees need good chance of freedom at the work place because the stress and pressures at the work can reflect negatively on employee's performance and their work productivity will be less than expected which can make bad reflection for the organization as a whole and make less development in the organization. The motivation which comes from the work itself such as employee’s sense of meaning, perception of freedom to make choices, feeling of competencies and by giving them more time to get freedom at the work and doing their duties without any stress or pressures .This intrinsic motivation can make employee high motivated in factor of freedom at work. OBG give its employees more space of freedom at work and open for them the chances to perception of freedom to get their high performance at the work place.
