So the working hours in the organization should be
favorable which motivate the employees more to stay at work place for long time
and motivated them to work hardly and increasing their productivity at work
place. The work time for the staff at OBG is very flexible and there is
compensation for those who are setting for overtime work. Most of work
conditions at OBG are flexible and it's applicable for most of employees. The
proper working hours affect positively on employee work because when the
working hours is appropriate that will give chance for the employee to have a
time with his/her family and meeting friends while if the working hours is more
that will case pressure for the employee and will have problem to arrange
his/her time table in prober way.

Flexibility upon Work Efficiency in Oman Public Sector:
There are some field trips organized by the OBG team
continuously to the various provinces of the Sultanate: Dofar, ALSHarqia Region, Musndam and
ALDakhlia Region extends from five days to six days or perhaps one day from
early morning to a late time to Jabal ALAkhader or White Mountain. They are
compensated with a sum of money and are compensated with one or two days'
leave. If one day is delayed in time, the park can maintain its employees
longer. If the employee is traveling during the weekend, he will be compensated
for two days. The employees are filing form when he/she want to take leave but
it is not official only inside organizer between admit and directly supervisor.
