Abdullah must follow the below-given strategies to improve HRM ethics in Hotel al Bhaja and these strategies are;

Be a Role Model and Be Visible

        For improving the HRM ethics in Hotel al Bhaja Abdullah should present himself as a role model because of employee's looks at the top managers for understanding the points of the organization such as what type of the behavior will be acceptable in this organization. The tone for ethics must be set by senior management at the Hotel al Bhaja.
