The
conclusion we could get from this report is that, there are two leadership
styles that appear in HSBC Bank in Oman, and they are transformational
leadership style and also participative leadership style. These two styles have
been analysed using two theories which are the seven leadership mindset theory
and seven sigma. These two leadership styles have been proven to influence the
positive impact to the performance of HSBC Bank in Oman, since these two
leadership styles are considered to be easy for the employees to follow. The
strategic direction for HSBC Bank in Oman also has been presented in this
report which defined on what steps that the company needs to maintain their
successful in the business.
However, no matter what leadership
style that a company has, it would still depend on the practise of the leaders
along with the support of the employees to apply these leadership style in the
company. The fact that, the leaders will never succeeded without the support of
the employees in following their business practice. In the other hand, the
employees also need a good leader to motivate, inspire, and encourage them to
give the best performance in their work as well.

Some recommendations that I could
provide from this report are:

in Oman should be more active in performing their leadership styles, in order
to keep the reputation of the company, and also to support for the future
development of the company as well.
The leaders in HSBC Bank
in Oman also need to maintain for the practice in the company within the
employees, and make sure that the employees are following the structure which
has been given by the management or the leaders.
