Nature of work of Evaluating Effects of Time Flexibility upon Work Efficiency in Oman Public Sector:

        That the nature of the work is determined if it is possible to match the flexibility with work or not, for example, in the Department of Administration because of their association and deal with enemy units and units within the Bureau and outside from the hours of 7:30 AM  to 2:30 PM find the staff working in the section difficulties in flexibility working hours While technicians are able to find flexibility and smooth schedule work hours provided the completion of the number of hours and work because of their lack of connection to any side such as the Department of grassland and plant and landscape, but we find that some prefer the flexibility.
